About Me

My interest in natural health started in my mother’s kitchen. When I was ill she would use herbal teas and natural foods to help me recover. Every food I ate came from her hands. She made everything from “scratch". In her kitchen, I ingested an idea that led me to this moment, to this blog and to you. But before that, I had to set some things in place or, as they say in the professional kitchen mise en place (a French word for set in place). This recipe was not easy to put together and I am still in the process of fine tuning it. I don’t believe it (my search for knowledge) will ever be complete because there is always room for improvement. And that is really all I want to do, learn, grow, improve and share what I learn along the way in hopes that it will do the same if not more for you.
